The HP65XL black Ink Cartridge was very easy to install and immediately printed a fabulous color photo! The XL size will allow for more printing capabilities in the overall number of prints. At a decent price for quality photo prints and a larger number of photos you can print, you can't go wrong with a purchase of 65 XL black Ink.

highly recommended buying the XL cartridge or getting replacements for both black ink and color. The cost difference is dramatic but I hope the follow through is worth it. I read that it is supposed to be able to yield roughly 2.5 times the printed sheets. If that turns out to be true then great. Putting this cartridge in was no different than any other. It is extremely easy and quick. I was back up and running in minutes, once the printer did the self alignment and I scanned in the print test page.
